Caryville Town Hall
Caryville is a small town located in the northwestern corner of Washington County, just north of Interstate 10. The townsite is bounded on the west by the Choctawhatchee River.
The population of Caryville has almost doubled since 2000. The disparity in numbers between males and females and the rapid increase in population suggests the Florida Department of Corrections opened a new prison in the area (Caryville Work Camp).
