Horseshoe Beach is a small settlement on the Gulf Coast at the end of County Road 351, maybe 17 miles south of Cross City. Landwards, the town is surrounded by cypress swamp, hardwood forest and pine flatwoods interspersed with wet prairie and sawgrass flats.
