Penney Farms Town Hall
Penney Farms was founded by department store pioneer J.C. Penney. His plan was to build an experimental farming village but shortly after the town was incorporated the stock market crashed (1929). So he scaled his plans back and eventually founded the Penney Retirement Community for retired Christian ministers, missionaries and lay people.
